: Do a physical activity for at least two and a half hours a week. It includes activities that increase heart and respiratory rates and strengthen muscles and bones. Encourage children and teenagers to exercise at least one hour a day. 3.- Protect yourself : Wear helmets, safety belts, sunscreen and insect repellent. Wash your hands to stop the spread of germs . Avoid other people's cigarettes and tobacco smoke. Maintain healthy and safe relationships with family and friends. Prepare to face emergencies. Keep a kit ofprovisions ready . 4.- Relax

: Strive to have a balance between work, home and recreational activities. Seek the support of family and friends. Keep a positive attitude. Take time to relax. Sleep between seven to nine hours at night. Seek help or psychological attention if necessary. Use alternative therapies that promote relaxation. 5.- Visit to the doctor : Ask your specialist how you can reduce the risk of health problems taking into account your lifestyle and personal and family history. Get the exams, tests and vaccines you need. Becomecheckups as often as directed by your doctor. Make an appointment as soon as you feel sick or in pain, notice changes or experience problems with a medication.

With these habits and the commitment that you acquire with yourself, you will surely obtain a healthy life and avoid overweight without dieting or sacrifices. Remember that having your weight under control contributes to good health.
