With these foods you will achieve a radiant and hydrated skin

The well-being of our skin also depends on the diet, not only on the products we use to care for it. 

The beauty of the skin not only comes from the use of creams, masks and beauty treatments, it also comes from our interior. There are some foods whose components are beneficial and will make you look smooth, young and hydrated.

Dairy, nuts, vegetables, fruits and fish should be part of your daily diet to take advantage of all the good things you will do for the look of your skin.To that, add a good hydration and you will see changes in front of the mirror.
