Symptoms of anemia: 10 signs that your body is iron deficient

Anemia is a disease that arises when the body has a deficiency of iron, essential mineral for good oxygenation of the body and hormonal balance.The condition is common among children under three years old, pregnant women and menopausal women, but it can also affect people of any age.


Frequent symptoms of anemia
Iron is essential for the production of red blood cells, which allow to store and transport oxygen in the blood. The lack of the mineral, therefore, causes the organs and tissues not to receive enough oxygen to sustain themselves. This situation triggers the following symptoms:
