Do you want to lose weight? Do it by drinking wine!

The wine is wonderful from every point of view, it is not only the drink made by the oldest man in the world, or one of the tastiest in history, it also hides properties that -as long as it is drunk in moderation- are Highly healthy for the body, they can even help you lose weight.

For many people, losing weight, whether for health reasons or for aesthetic reasons, can be one of the greatest challenges. Now, thanks to the wine and a doctor who defends a diet based on this drink, this fight against extra kilos could be made easier and more bearable.

The red wine is composed, among other things, by piceatannol, an excellent substance to dissolve fats, helps the fat cells do not continue to form and as if that were not enough, also weakens those already formed.

By the way, piceatannol also promotes digestion, which helps the body to eliminate toxins from food and synthesize nutrients more effectively. That is, if we use it correctly, red wine is a great ally ...

Therefore, the nutrition specialist Rubén Bravo, member of the European Medical Institute of Obesity, took the liberty of creating a diet that based on wine, will allow us to lose up to 6 kilograms.

Watch out! Before performing the diet, you should consult a nutritionist.Do not forget that diets work differently in each person, according to their metabolism, and many cause the dreaded rebound effect.

How the wine diet works
The diet proposed by Bravo is hypocaloric, that is, with few calories. In this sense, a breakfast consisting of two slices of wholemeal bread, an egg, ham and fruit is suggested. Among the fruits, it is important to avoid mango and all those too caloric, such as banana or persimmon. To accompany, a cup of decaffeinated coffee is recommended.

It is at lunch that wine comes into play. It is recommended to take 150ml of red wine, accompanied by a portion of meat or fish. The vegetables can be eaten without problems as garnishes, the only thing you should avoid bread.

At dinner we can exceed a little more and drink two glasses of wine -300ml, approximately- while we enjoy a rich soup of vegetables or chicken, accompanied by a little meat or seafood.
